Lee West
Director
Lee is a former journalist and has worked in Germany and the UK covering transport for EMAP and as a freelancer. He became a public relations specialist, working for Virgin. Lee's key areas of expertise are media, crisis communications and employee relations and he has significant transport experience gained in the rail and road sectors.
Lee speaks German.
Gillian West
Director
Gilly specialises in stakeholder relations, crisis communications, transformation and strategic communications.
She has significant experience in the finance, energy, healthcare, transport and cyber sectors. Gilly has worked for the UK government as a change communications consultant.

Lee and Gilly have significant crisis and reputation management experience gained advising FTSE companies. Gilly holds the internationally recognised IC3000 Incident Command certification.
